I am a Labour Party Member about to ...I am a Labour Party Member about to resign my membership. I voted and supported you as I believed you would protect the vunerable and hold to your principles. The proposals to make sick and disabled people undergo assessments outsourced to a private company on performance related payments is a step to far! Lay on top of this the insult to millions of working people of giving Thatcher a £3m state funeral! and Labour wonder why its membership is leaving in droves
