Your postcode is used to find your constituency. We only store the constituency name, not your postcode.
If you tick the box asking us to include your post in an email to your MP, then we ask you for your name to pass along. We need your name only if you wish to have your submission forwarded to your MP.
Data entered in the text boxes on the site — except for email addresses and posters' names — is visible to viewers of the website once the post has been confirmed.
Additional data is collected for the purposes of anonymised statistics which may or may not be made available to:
- visitors of the website
- developers
- targeted interest groups
- funding organisations
- The Electoral Commission
